
There's something about old photography that I completely love. It's like everything - i just seemed more of a skill back then than it does now - Not to mention the very clever but beautiful simplicity of this image. I mean you actually had to learn how to capture things in a perfect second, because you only had film. There was not editing later, photo shop alterations, and digital screens. It seems now that anyone can now call them selves an amateur photographer with the right equipment. Good thing or a bad thing... who knows, But i do admire the old stuff - It's more pure.

Not strictly true. In the old days we had dark rooms and thing called dodge and burn. Photo's were also airbrushed. Same tools now adays in photoshop just more of them. Theres still a skill today on how to take a good photograph.
